pls improve general coach .. recently we are traveling general coach for some emergency situations last minute...we are extremely trouble for public crowed...not able to go washroom 10 hours...

mujhe railway ka sabse bada ghatiya management lag raha hai main 1 manth pahle se ticket nikala but Mera ticket confirm nahin hua Sara ticket tatkal mein Diya to kaise baki koi emergency mein koi kaise ja sakta hai mujhe laga Mera ticket confirm hoga Magar nahin hua iske Karan main yah ticket cancel karna pada aur dusra ticket nikalna pada mujhe jo pareshani uthani padi vah mujhe bahut mahanga gira ticket nikal kar mujhe laga ki mera ticket confirm hoga but nahin hua koi agar ticket nikalta hai uska to uske bare mein bhi khyal karni chahie customer care but vahan se bhi kuchh respond nahin mila railway department se mujhe yahi shikayat hai ki mera jo ticket confirm nahin Ho pata hai Sara ticket jo hai vah aap log tatkal mein dete ho to isase mujhe badi problem hua mujhe thank u dhanyvad

no maintenance of cleanliness in coach 3ac b2 .... all over good but staff was not at all correct... passenger's complained many times but no response from the staff... please it's a request to look after this problem...

The sleeper coach was filled with general coach people . many TC entered in and taken extra charge from them and made them sit like as if they own their seats very tough time with my child and aged mother , every station the general coach people entered in our sleeper coach , not allowing us to use the washroom no place to even put our feet . Very bad experience, The T.C were just making money after even telling them they don't belong to this coach .
there was no pantry in this train.

confirm ticket app achcha nahin hai yah dikhata hai 76% 86% confirm lekin yah hota nahin hai aur bad and moment hamen Dhokha milta hai FIR hamen majburan journal compartment mein jana padta hai isliye is app ke bharose mat rahiye ab agent se nikalwa lijiye confirm ticket ya FIR ticket counter per jakar confirm ticket tatkal ticket nikaali hai stick is confirm ticket ke bare se mat rahiye yah application last mein hamen Dhokha milta hai mujhe yah kam ab Tak panch se saat bar mujhe aisa ho chuka hai

Ticket checkers is bad and they collected money from unreserved passengers allowed to journey in reserved coach and they totally spoiled my journey

This train runs with old ICF coaches and power sockets sometimes malfunction. So do carry powerbank and the train doesn't have a pantry car so vendors overcharge at times.
Overall decent train and good punctuality

There are so many people without tickets in the sleeper coach that.... Reservation holders are not getting seats, there is no law... arbitrariness is going on.

I ordered chicken fried rice yesterday in the IRCTC food portal ,after eating that my stomach totally got upset and today I am suffering from fever too.
Please maintain quality and don't play with others health.

the bed roll supplier is not supplying blanket to all, the one who knows they are demanding the other are suffering for the cold. not good this attitude, ask the every passanger need it or so

very worst train I have never travelled in a train like this in my life time toilet totally discusting, in a reservation compartment all withouts and chalu ticket passengers occupied

I traveled from Egmore to Kadappa on 10.3.2022 in D1 coach .Water was NOT there during entire stretch of the journey. Many used toilet and the solid drainage were remaining there. Ugliest scene with foul smell. No contact numbere where available with passenger person like captain of the trai
No captain or any other person contact number of the train.
