The worst train ever travelled. The second AC compartment was worse than the general. The toilets are prehistoric and the locks to the door are broken. The seats were broken. The train was horribly late. Wonder how they charge so high for 2nd ac

Pathetic train ,it started almost 3 hours late from the source station.
The sheets were stained badly and the ac coaches were having leak from the celing near the

Really sad to say, I faced horrible situation in this train. This train starts from Kochuveli, even though train was no cleaned and every seats were dirt with dust.

late by 5.5 hrs . no pantry in the train . please add pantry and if possible reschedule the timing to morning hrs from Mumbai LTT . make it a daily train with netravati

Food quality is not up to the mark. kindly give good food, we all have the right to get the best food. all are paying money only. I think irctc can understand my feelings and get it rectified..

Very poor type time management of Konkan railway KRCL that effect railway timetable unnecessary crossing kocheweli superfast forcefully stopped at Nivasar and clear Mastyagandha which is crossed and reached first Ratnagiri both superfast train then kochewelli stopped in Nivasar???
Time management is very poor so train running late single track why crossing last train to first train what a logic beyound this I don't know
train which is on track clear it why stoped that trsin and crossed another superfast train????

Worst train I have ever experienced. TTE give seats to waiting list people's while RAC people's was waiting to get seats this is rediculose. Why railway is not paying proper salary to this corporate TTE'S.

train was up to 2 hrs late to reach at boarding station ... but it reach at the destination on time ...?? train quality in sleeper is not much good... but adjustable

toilets were smelling very badly.
Taps were not functioning smoothly.
Fans were not working for sometime,After complaining technician rectified.Train last stop at Thane instead of LTT without informing in advance

The train was delayed due to un avoidable circumstances. I am not aware of this trains punctuality at other times. What I really liked about this train, at least, in the one that I travelled, it made up for the delay, reaching Mumbai, more or less in time.

Food quality poor. Very poor quality tea supplied by local vendors, charging Rs10 and serving 100 to 120 ml instead of 150ml. Toilet cleanliness extremely poor. Should provide pantry car on this train.

No pantry available not properly removed the garbage tea empty class, other wastes are removed by myself to have a peaceful sleep, pillow cover or ugly, not washed properly so covered with adjusting bed cover
