There was a person to clean the bogie in which I traveled, the railway staff, his duty is perfect, the toilet is neat and clean.

there is pantry in this train but related to the time punctuality I hd been in a vry big mess train timing shwing 8,30 am but still I hve not yet rchd it's better to call passenger train rather then super fast express

*Train Was 3hr Late.It was too horrible Lot and lot of time where wasted by waiting for the train *Toilet Was Good(Hand Wash And All Where Provided. *Staff Was Helpfull for Providing Bed Sheet etc. *Food Quality Was good at Kozhikode. *Ac Quality Was not as Expected.

the train managent betrayed us by terminating at Thane instead of LTT. this is completely unfair to long distance, lone elderly especially women Travellers. Families put in special efforts and trust in system weeks ahead to plan loads of luggage, pickup persons, vehicle wheelchair access, receiving family members , leave from work etc etc. RAILWAY cannot suddenly put passenger in a LURCH and leave him alone to fend. the damage us mental and emotional also and in compensation equals to lakes of Rupees which RAILWAY should compensate I such situation

The train staff behaved very badly with us like Polly bed sheet was missing and asked us to check your bag. We gave the bag to be checked and Polly checked our bag but when it was not found then we checked the seat closer and got bed sheet from upper duck... This experience lost the joy of our journey. .. 🥺

why railways have changed windows sliding design. earlier it was vertical upside down. now they made horizontal sliding. most of the windows were jammed and couldn't be opened. also with new design the air and light ventilation is drastically reduced. please get all your trains windows changed to earlier design of vertical upside down

Please keep atleast some food before you board. I think this train not will serve food. I slept without eating at night. Even there is no good stations at night.

Yesterday train was pathetic. Regular train was not available. The general boggi was so dirty and very congested in vacation season.

Cleanliness yes.. Punctuality of train very poor.. Between Roha and Chiplun 2 very lengthy stops for another train to pass was pathetic.. Can understand wait for 5-10 mins but 45 minutes is insane
