I was stucked up in western type toilet between 7am and 9am due to poor quality latch lock not functioning because of play in it. Got average response from railway staff. Could come out just before my destination station Pulgaon due to herculean effort of co-traveller Mr. Joshi of Yavatmal. Thanks to him for his kind help. Suggestion :- Such tedious locks must always be avoided in railways. Otherwise such situation may easily arise and is extremely undesirable for kids, females and veterans.

Toilet needs to be addressed.. 2A western toilet had wet toilet paper roll..

train is punctual , good but house keeping staff is not do their work.Toilet and tap not well play.

Everything is perfect except to punctuality..train was almost 13 hr late.

I was not provided with bedsheet and pillow. I had RAC. I requested many times but they didn't listen.

Overall good but train was running 30 min late. The toilets need to b more clean

No attending in any 2AC till nasik. Passengers have to search the bed roll 's.

Train covers its time in night and reach gwl at approx 15 after its reaching time but becoming delay at Agc

I would have rather driven to Delhi myself than board this train. A 7 hour delay is a not a joke! High time that the Government starts valuing citizens' time and money!

In AC I the tea was served in paper cups. Flask tea was not available. Similarly, the food was given as you were travelling in 3AC.
