train halted at Shahganj jn for more than 2hrs and railway officials didn't communicate to the passengers. people in emergency could have worked out their own alternatives. My son missed his pilgrimage only due to irresponsible IR.

hygine ,cleanliness are major concern at time coach was without water ... no information for train late. pantary tea sellers are over charging and not as per the rate card and also reduce the quality of tea

Worst traveling ever. Train has arrived at the destination by 5 hours late. It is worst than passenger train
Never book the ticket on this train.
