train was soo late from surat timing was 4.55 pm and came at 2 hour late and payment not came refund not good service

There is nothing in terms of catering, and no cleaning, water is pouring inside the train during rain, no sweeper has come to clean it, and the food waste is being packed in polythene and thrown out by a sweeper from the gate, how will we get rid of global warming in this way, please pay attention to these things and take appropriate action, understand your responsibility, think what kind of country will be given to another future

no pantry attached hence getting even water bottle is difficult.Toilets are untoler able as no water is available within 5hrs of train start that too in second A/C class

Toilets were in very bad condition, not cleaned at any stations. Even there was no cleaning inside the boggies. There was smoke in A1 AC coach and created big Hassel. unable to breathe and train was stuck in tunnel near karjat. we left the train in the tunnel and ran out of tunnel for fresh air.
