Train is maintaining the time
Food quality is good but potato content in the vegetarian food is high.
Wash room needs to be cleaned in intervals

The best train I have ever travelled. excellent speed and timing of the train. Ticket checking staff was very rude. At Trichy station, we faced lots of guys claiming to be flying squad, asking people to show tickets more than 10 times and creating disturbance. My ticket was RAC, and I checked online that seats in 3AC are vacant. so I requested TC to upgrade my ticket and I will pay the charges, but he denied and given seats to other without ticket people's. I was traveling with family and kids, but he just ignored me. Some Mr. Meena was the officer TC. Rest everything was excellent.

Worrest maintenance of toilets in 2 Ac compartment which what I travelled, , another most important information / complaint at midnight fire alarm rangs every fifteen minutes ,, its continues rangs midnight 12-15 to 3 am ,,no maintenance too bad experience
