Very Bad Train. Train was delayed 8 hours and Coaches were dirty cockroaches were present..food quality very poor...will never travel on this train again

train punctuality is worst.it is a special train that runs on Sunday. all special trains will be delayed mostly. This train is delayed at source by 4 hours. The train is expected to reach bhubaneswar by 11 AM but it reached by 3 PM

No water in toilets, two hours delay due to two hours waiting on platform heat weaves in starting point. no provide waiting hall only prepaid AC waiting hall 50 rupees charged per hour and very poor AC. waste of money.

Good train but not reachable the expectations. I not found any defence in between normal Superfast train and Hamsafar Express train 😑

worst experience. Running 7hrs late. waste of tym n entire day spoiled. arrival tym is 11.45am. but arrived at 7pm. Annoying n I hope railway department need to work on punctuality of this 20890 train as time is money. quite disappointed.
