AC was no height, it's not getting auto cut off. Senior citizens suffer a lot to sleep due to more cooling.
Woollen blankets are also not provided for the passengers.
charging amount but not provided minimum facilities.
Requesting the Railway team to provide necessary facilities.

Sleeper class is now General Boggy. I had travelled here in adjusted with general ticket holder they are forcing to sit in Reserved SL seat. and TT are also allowed them..

the train had no cleaning and a bad sticky smell. if we informed them, they're not responding. Finally the train had reached 30mins delayed.

How can I rate you i did not get the train i did not eat the food because of train late more then 4 hours so i cancelled the train my self and i escalation to IRCTC i put the TDR FILE about refund of money

kindly ensure every long journey passenger is provided with a fresh bed roll. i didn't get one despite complaining to the on board TTE.

need correct information from the customer support team and seat confirmation is also not correct for the husband and wife.kindly note when the husband and wife have booked the tickets in lower birth they must be allotted the seat side by side.It may be not only couple's it may be brother and sister or mother and son/daughter.Kindly ensure that we must not face any problem regarding seating arrangement.

train quality:toilet door lock blocked.aftersome time released. bedsheet packe issued after 10 pm. coach attendent not visible until my journey end. traon punctually is very goo. at vzm littlebit deleyed but destination is correct time. Regarding food no vendor enter to my coach. i have no idea regarding photos.

one of the worst train I have ever been to .there is no serinity and the sleeper coach is full of dust and mosquitos.The bhogies are very old and they seem like an old boot banglaw.There is no chart attached,is this what railways is serving us which have very huge network and revenue in India .I'm very dissatisfied with this train and please don't board this train unless you book 2 nd ac or 1 st ac class.
