not travelled as running late by more than 6 hrs.. SUGGESTIONS: pl advise traveller if preferring cancelation to place TDR only to get full refund as passenger is not at fault.. modify software.. HAPPY DIWALI 2 ALL..🙏💥🙏

I m writing this review as a complaint, first of all I had booked my birth in 3A class coach but my birth was shifted in 3E class without much prior information, & then in coach neither taps nor the flushes were working in the toilets, I had to face embarrassment as there was neither water nor tissue papers were available when needed after poop, but somehow I managed things on my own, the worker in this coach gave me used blanket, which I didn't use, I was forced to use white chadar sheet, I want refund.

Used bed rolls are being given in the train and the coach staff is very rude. Even after complaining several times, bed rolls were not given. I have traveled the whole night without bed rolls. Now there is dictatorship in Indian Railways.

I m travelling since yesterday, the train was already late from new Delhi, it got late and late because of unnecessary stopping of 1 hr that to when bigger stations are near... I don't know what's wrong with Indian railways earlier this won't happen but now it's happening frequently.... the was suppose to reach Nagpur at 10.45 but not it's 3.10 pm I m still in the train and 1 station away here also train has stopped since half hour don't know why

Even though I travelled in first AC not cleaning and not responding to alarm it's becoming like sleeper class . worst food no quality and taste. selling yesterday snacks today . lunch and dinner not at all good very bad if they want more money for food we are ready to give please make changes in food

very average experience...without any probable reason, the train arrived almost 3 hours late. Shame to name it as Superfast. Because of this train only, almost all trains running behind are late.

punctuality is worst,moreover I felt is it sleeper or general.i can't realise as many are in the sleeper coach d there will be noise in the coach due to many young boys .it's like general coach not like reservation. No TC came for asking my berth ticket.Ultimately worst

it was result is true because the irctc had given choices first north indians, they are getting single berth for single person but south indians getting RAC for two persons by single berth it is most worst injustice in india , RAC can not possible in private trains this seats also can't comfort able, and when RAC BOOK ED for south indians in the train moment after few station s after minimum another also deployment is the justice but the irctc is looking only money mind not looking to ethics.

Before App updating working super,
after app updating very bad... working and also some Trains not showing in particular dats and time.
100% not good after updating.
i need to change App for booking my tickets in other apps

train is not at all clean, No sweepers came to clean the compartment. Fellow passengers were smoking inside the train. No RPF service untill Vijayawada from Peddapalli Jn. bathrooms are not clean.

The coach is very chilled mode, no electrocution available, we request to ticket checker and so many train wenders to find the electrician but no response. now I am not feeling well, because of coach temperature.
