nice experience. But problem at ypr station to exit, specially for senior citizens because no escalator, no lift. Atleast slopy ways if not escalators from one platform to another woul hv helped .

Seats thigh support should be worked upon, 6 hrs felt like very much while on the Seat.

good experience but price seems high , keeping water bottle pouch on front chair would have better as older age persons not able to pick or keep bottle in bottom

Foot rest are fitted with nut and bolt. Foot rest was loose and useless. Foot rest must be welded instead of fitting it manually. Western style toilet was not clean. The Indian style toilet was clean. Water bottle holder kept next to foot rest. It's not hygiene practice for use. Either move the water bottle holder above knee level or remove it and give a glass of water on a need basis as in flight.
