The coach was not fitted with light in upper birth also could not sleep due to the sounds of the side panels....... all the screws were loosen and the pillow covers were also dirty and at the the destination the catering staff demanded money for the service..... what's the use of paying food charges at the time of booking tickets if we have to pay extra money to the caterers staff. .it's just a waste of money by travelling in this train

Many Cockroaches Were there, Attendent was not giving the hand towel until someone asked, Coach was old and not upto the mark of Rajdhani fare. vendors were roaming here and there and asked the passengers like Snickers chocolate,peda,petha etc in uncountable number which is creating trouble to the passengers. please do something if someone is really reading this.

It was a worst journey experience in Rajdhani as I haved travelled it after years other trains services are good as compared this Rajdhani train nxt time I'm not travelling with this train..... This train is running just because of it's name the quality of the train is worst please maintain cleanliness inside train, and the price of the food is very expensive please a minimum price as it affect normal people budget

train found very dirty and the bes rolls given in the train is very pathetic and dirty never seen in my life.Railways to be Shame on that after giving complaints no one is bothered about that they closed my complaint.

going down & down every day, be it linen, toilet, upholstery, bad service (hospitality) with tip, general cleanliness etc. please justify the pay by employees. take care.

poorest cleanship of train. unbelievable that rajdhani is in such condition. after paying such huge bucks, we get such low quality. Same with food, repeated meals. don't know why basics are not followed. The bathroom is in pathetic condition. Water pressure zero. overall a poor experience of rajdhani

cleaning not up to the mark.
every time I have travelled in this train but not a single journey without complain to IRCTC for cleaning the toilets.
food quality is below average.
punctual as far as train timing is concerned.

service are good, sometimes water supplies is limited
we are yet to reach destination and its been more then 30 mins we are waiting train to start from Kisanganj (before NJP)
staff is good/average (4out of 5)

Inside the train is the poor maintenance and housekeeping is not done properly.
2 hours late to arrive at the GHY station and the people are facing a lot of problems.

Tardy train, the upholstery on the benches is tattered and offers no cushion. The toilets are cleaned but the basic maintenance seems to be lacking so faucets are either leaking or inoperative. Expected more from a Rajdhani!

My coach B-7 was in horrible condition,the toilets were smelling bad, this coach must be atleast 10 years old and is in pathetic condition. The food was horrible, I had ordered veg and the paneer dish was not eatable. Bed rolls were supposed to be supplied from 1st of April but till yesterday not supplied. Really Indian railways is in pathetic condition.

इस गाड़ी के सफर का अनुभव खराब से भी खराब रहा टिकट मे खाने के पैसे जोड लेने के बाद भी खाना खाना तो पानी तक नहीं मिला कहा तो जवाब मिला पैसे सरकार ने लिए है हमने नही जब गाड़ी डिब्रूगढ़ से चलेगी तब खाना मिलेगा हमारे पैसे जो लिए उसको बापिस करें न्यू दिल्ली से गुवाहाटी 4200/00 तत्काल का टिकट मिला था कृपया खाने का पेमेंट बापिस करे
