वेटिंग लिस्ट वाले पैसेंजर्स का ट्रेन की फर्श में लेटना,
टॉयलेट में गंदगी आदि ट्रेन की क्वालिटी गिराती हैं।

my coach A2 was without AC. It was suffocated. nothing could be done. we paid 2040 rupees for AC 2 tier. very very bad.
