train quality good but coach old position and washroom toilet not comfortable in not clearing the I request IRCTC management train toilet clearing sometime and coach new renovation by train for quality is better but management not verified quality I am compromising this management so I request IRCTC Indian government

people were smoking in the ac coach and the train was very poorly maintained too, the ac was so low that it was colder outside the coach

I am traveling in HA1 coach but the quality of coach is so poor unhygienic toilets was very dirty upper wall was leaking from water very bad experience charges of this AC1 3300 convert it into sleeper it is not ac coach

The compartment toilet had old rusted commod and hand wash was exhausted. also, the train was delayed by more than 1 HR.

4 hours late and every time late and depart location is never reach the train it droped to me at out of station before 14 km and I was huge expensive for reach my location totally third class services this train and train is very very slow i will never take this train for my next journey

Not so good. Train was running right but it was delayed after Madar station where it was halted for appex.15-20 minutes. This could have been avoided

रेल्वे प्रबंधक श्री , पश्चिम उतर रेलवे।साबरमती-दोलतपूर एक्स गाड़ी को जवाईबाॅध पर स्टोप दिया जाय ताकि आजू बाजू 50-60 गावों के यात्रीयो को यात्रा करनें के लिए फालना न जाना पडे।इस गाड़ी को सही सिंगनल न देकर बींच बीच मे रोकी जाती है इससे एक कलाक का समय अधिक लगता है यह सही चले तो 2बजे अहमदाबाद साबरमती पहुच सकती है इसके एसी कोच भी पुराने है तो नये लगाने चाहिए एवं हर गाड़ी में जनरल डब्बा 2-2 ज्यादा लगाने की महेरबानी करे ताकि यात्री यो को सरलता से जग्या मिल सके सुखद यात्रा कर सके।

I have bad experience as train was canceled but your app was not showing it. It not updated at all for cancellation train. Will refund be automatic.
