इस गाड़ी मेंटोयलेट में गंदगी बहुत रहती है कारण फ्लेश बिगड़े हुए है बाथरूम के दरवाजे बिगड़े हुए है महिलायो को तकलीफ होती है यह सभी स्वीपर कोच की स्थति है।तो आप अधिकारी श्री से निवेदन है कि आप सभी कोच को चेक करके रीपेरीग करवाने का कष्ट करे

My train was on 24th of feb Pune to Vadodara .train was 3hours late.when i entered in my coach all blanket and cushion were in improper condition in everywhere in coach.no one available to give us new one blanket or anything till my destination.food was good.please improve the passenger service.

Our Seat was B10-71/72 & we observed that opening gate was not functioning properly sometimes. We boarded from Panvel but Bed Sheets was not available at the time of boarding. When we approached attendant he told us to give in Surat because Bed Sheets were not available at that time. When Surat came we again approached attendant but he told us to give next stop because no one has come to deliver them fresh Bed Sheets. Finally we got bed sheets in between Surat-Vafodara.
We waited for 5-6 Hrs for Bed Sheets.
When we again asked attendant for this issue, he told us what we can do when it is not delivered in proper Time. This is the services we received after paying full Money.
We waited for 5-6 Hrs for sleeping.
Kindly do the the needful as we suffered a lot but many other passengers should not bear it.

train need better cleaning on it's route.
Water in the toilet needs to be monitored.
