this train has the longest route but the most disgusting interiors, it is unkempt, dirty and hideous to even sit on the seats. very bad washrooms, and no water at all in the washrooms.
overall, the train isn't sanitary and very difficult to travel in. absolutely no one responsible to maintain the train.

Everything is OK, but cleaness of wash rooms, particularly AC coaches are very very poor. Instruct your onboard staffs to maintain wash rooms well in time.

Ticket not confirmed, Railway minting money by cancellation and over and above charging GST which is fraud they are doing. Simply disgusting

The washroom is not clean by the respective team regularly and jet spray was broken unable to use request pls take care of this and Ac was very High after requesting engineer were unable to low down temperature request you to take this as a feedback for the improvement of facilities provided by railway to passenger

Train Arrived 10 minutes late. Train quality is poor and Food quality is cheap and unhealthy.

We did not get into that train! it was missed. So we booked these 3 tickets to kochivelum 50 days back so that our tickets can be confirmed, it did confirm and we got the train timing as 15:32 departure from Udupi. We came today to board the train, but to our surprise the train was left our station 2 hrs prior to the scheduled time! around 13:15 Wow! And we are stuck here with me, my wife, my son(1.5 yrs), my fatherinlaw(65yrs). To our suprise when we asked the railway they said it's Online tickets so we will not get any SMS of time change and all! Lol! I have booked almost 10 trains using this damm app and everytime I get the updates how come this time it's a New One!. To my shock I was getting a message from ISRTC about booking the food for our journey, our journey date and all but there were never a moment those messages said anything abt the time change! Very poor service and downgraded the app system with no info on realtime changes!!!!! I have attached the screenshots as well.

No mobile charging points for side seats. After 1 day only we received blankets and pillow. Bad smell also. Lot of rats also you can see in the cabin 2A..

Campartment, Seat, Floor and other areas were very bad conditon. Not expecting this type of service from thos government.
