I completely missed the train because the name and number plate haven't been changed when train arrived at viramgam and with this confusion I along with my family completely missed the train.

Toilet seat is worst and stinks, no hand wash, no water in B3 compartment, even after complaint water restored after several stations..

BED SHEETS WERE USED THOUGH PROPERLY PACKED AS IF RECEIVED FROM LAUNDRY.
WHY THERE IS NO AUDIT ?
HENCEFORTH PLEASE ENSURE CLEAN WASHED BED SHEETS.
ALSO PILLOW ARE OVERUSED AND VERY SMALL AND LACK OF COTTON TO KEEP OUR BIG HEAD.
KINDLY CHANGE THE QUALITY OF PILLOWS.

train coaches are very old charging wants are not in working condition and Windows are not cleaned time to time they are very dirty and we cannot put our hand cannot is not come to the passenger for asking any remarks

Booked ticket 2 months before and got RAC...tickets got confirmed one day before but after chart preparation my tickets were degraded to sleeper.....this is pathetic.....paying money for third AC but got tickets in sleeper

so far was good journy. train run on time. reached safely on time what else you expect in 450 INR. Railway is getting improve for sure. staff and tc was helpful too

I Booked ticket in 2Tier AC. Charging point was only 1 & that was also not working properly. The switch was also WORST.

VIRAMGAM JN VG STATION DOES NOT HAVE INSUFFICIENT INDICATORS ON PLATFORM NO.2 HENCE NO INDICATIONS FOR AC COACHES.
