There were mice and cockroaches roaming in the compartment.Mice/rats nibbled my bag. Outer glass panes of windows were not wiped/cleaned properly.

No cleanliness. I was in S-10 where there was no water in toilet for whole day. Compartment was totally dirty - can't imagine about lavatory.
