there is one request from passenger side that the timming of departure from bandra is set minimum two hours early because the time of arrival of bhusawal is two late that is 12:00pm it is very hectic.please do the necessary

If passengers have RAC tickets, they are requested to be given at least immediate priority seats, and police patrolling is expected between 02.00 am to 06.00 am, as a passenger's mobile phone has been stolen from our coach.

I have never experienced this type of journey in 2 AC. anyone can enter in Coaches. it was like a general coach . no restriction from TT and Attendant.

This train server problem 1 St time book ticket failed but second time book ticket , after 1st time book failed ticket is book .
This is not my problem. But my payment is no refund.
Is bad preferred this now.
