this train was wrost interns of facilities and it was late by 7 hours. concerned authorities to take.some.action against this delay and sort out the cause.

The wash rooms of 3rd Ac Economy class aren't clean at all. Because of the train delay, the food ordering apps are not updating the option of ordering food from the restaurant. The pantry guys don't give bills of food and change extra. instant coffee price is 25 and Veg meal price is Rs.150, Veg Biriyani Price 90. there is no permission setting to share pictures on my storage for this app.

Unreserved passengers are allowed to travel in sleeping coach seats and the train ticket checking staff give a deaf ear to the complaints.
Especially it has become very hard tp senior citizens to travel for long distance in above situation which should be handled very serious, since I suffered a lot during my journey from Bangalore to Hazrat Nizamuddin on 17.12.23.
I have complined but no use

This is My Worst experience ever, In my life it's first time education related work journey, because of very very bad lack of time, I faced so much trouble, First it's 2 hours late arrival, then it's 5 hours late to my destination...

Train almost all days runs late. we had to wait for more than five hours. Cleaning of toilets & surrounding areas was not done even in 2nd A C choch......

One of the trains was not running during my entire journey. Even after complaining, it did not get cured completely. There was a lot of trouble in the whole journey.

bathroom not good. No cleaning in train. water bottel charges extra. giving suggestion to bye 2 bottles if we want in 15 rs.
Tea quantity and quality not proper .. no mug in toilet . no chain in mug . mug is leaking . this i am sending coach s6. i change from S3 to s6

train quality -Average, punctuality - below Average, food -items are Average but rates are as per their own not desided by railway. need to impliment .norms and regulation set by govt.

aagr aap bathroom ko dek lo ya sleeper set ko dek lo to lgta h Jesy 5-6 mahino sy saf he nhi hui ho .
etne lmby safar py jao or aapko esa mahol mely to pura safar bakbas hi neklyga .
koi saf safai nhi h yr trine me .

टॉयलेट की व्यवस्था सही कराएं तथा खाने-पीने की व्यवस्था भी ठीक करें उसमें काफी प्रकार की समस्या रहती है और प्लस ट्रेन की खिड़की दरवाजे को सही कराएं क्योंकि खिड़की दरवाजे सही से लग नहीं पाते और टीटी हर दो-तीन स्टेशन छोड़कर चेकिंग करना चाहिए जो कि बिना टिकट के लोग बैठ जाते हैं उन पर रोक लगना चाहिए

Such a poor service plus, if 2 ladies traveling please give lower berth and near to each other not far from each. Plus if age is above 50 u should give lower because in running train no one help.

During my journey I saw some RPF jawan carrying weapon on partrolling bearing uniforms. I suggest jawans are to be bearing combatants during railway patrolling to eassy operations.
