1-train quality is avarage 2-ok 3-food quality is very bad, quantity is very low,and price is very high, water bottle MRP is Rs 15 but they were charging Rs 20, toilet was not cleaned, toilet was covered with plastic polythene, toilet flush also not working..

very poor train not able to travel with family peacefully and there is untidy washroom, no water, no cleanness. Finally it looks like it is not suitable for us to travel in train due to heavy luggage and over crowded passengers and not maintaining cleanliness in train.

no place for passangers who are reserved for sleeper the general coach passangers came and takes the whole place and they say they paid fine for entering the sleeper coaches ๐Ÿ˜ญwaste of time & money

Train was tooo dirty and there were lot of people without even having tickets just sleeping and sitting on the floor. I Literally regret for booking that train and to travel through this train.. Even the TC has not come to check either its proper or not it even to check either people are having tickets or not.... I just can't understand either S Blocks are sleeper Couch or all like other General Couchs ..... Please see to that there would be difference between General Couch and the Sleeper Couchs... it's also giving a bad influence to lot of people to travel in the sleeper Couch without even purchasing the ticket...

very bad what the fuck is this.,we are prefer a train for safe and comfortable travel but hizras come to the train and abused and asked money thay charged me 150/- this is bullshit...please ban hizras....ban ban ban ban ban we r suffering those hizras

totally waste every rail way dept . 18463 train is like a passenger train . general passingers are going on reservation coach TTE silent he calling to passingers come this coach because of his pocket fully .

Even though pantry car attached to this train, only outside food ie breakfast was served in the morning. I requested for hot coffee, they served only tea. very poor quality of food served in the AC compartment

Avoiding to give bills for food items orders in pantry though IRTC simply sending messages only ,not implement what they say nobody like to argue with the pantry staff during the pleasent journey. Try to council their staff.
