Be responsible towards hygiene in train because the sweeper use the same cleaning brush in toilet and inside the area where the people sit or sleep.As a result there is spreading of unnecessary infection.

As per new rules is lower berth will allocate for elder. So Please allocate the lower berth to the person having overweight else there will be an accident.

For S-3:
-Cleaning is not at Mark.
-Toilet cleaning pipe is broken in toilet.
-Outside pentry food quality and tea quality should be improve.

Rodents are seen in the 1st class AC coupe. Care should be taken to clean the coaches and make it rodent free.

Pathetic Boss, whenever I make TKT through confirmtkt,it gives last TKT near toilet , being ladies also offers upper n middle seat.and quite pathetic.

Cleanly Ness was good enough still need improvement, upto mahasamund train was on time but reached Raipur half an hour late. Pantry was not available in train. Overall good journey.
