regervision seat Al ready capture by genaral ticket holder.so no movement,not going to toilet.journey was very painful.there are no Tickets checker available.

train is watered down but seats are very much required to Clean.please clean it. We are situated at where we cannot able to leave the place otherwise we would have left.

worst train ever. train is very old and very unclean also bed roll provided seems to be used and not clean or fresh at all. very very disappointed with the journey

very old train , It needs heavy maintenance and upgrades to be costing as much as a superfast express , It does not provide blankets , pillows and the seats feel like we are sitting on a plywood , to be very honest the ticket for this dirty old train should be about half of what it is right now as in that price there are way better trains available like puri howrah superfast or puri Shalimar superfast , garibrath etc, so to sum it up until the government does something about this train just don't waste your money and go with another train

I have my mother, age @ 60 with me, she was alloted upper birth, is that justified. Also the coach itself was old enough, need some serious maintenance work.

The train was late by 20 mins and the toilets and dust bin were very dirty and stinky. No food service was needed - so unable to rate. Please add an option for 'unable to rate' or 'not applicable' in the above rating scale.

We book tickets before 120 days &with senior citizens traveler.but at boarding date rac is declared with other female passenger with child in the same berth.although there is some vacant seat in the same coach S3.TT gives the vacant seat to a waiting listed passengers which is not allowed for journey.

Very poor experience. The coach quality is very poor and heardly you can understand that it is AC 1. The attendant of the coach is ridiculously say that the protection from trespassing people is not his duety. the panctuality is also a painful aspect.

We had 3 tickets..2 in S6 &1 in S13..But nyhow I managed & did 3 berths in S6 together by self..2 TTE were good..Security was good..Stuff was good.. But the toilets should b cleaned..Whatever overall it was a good journey.
