very bad...a lot of people board on that train without carrying any confirm ticket....there are no one TT to chq the ticket...very bad & poor condition...

not happy with your service I booked 8 tickets but 5 seat in one place and another 3 seats are in different different places we are going with our family they are troubling to go with their family

The train was running pretty much right from shalimar when it entered Odisha so much waiting list ticket gathering that night sleep was lost.

slipper karma s11 look like a generam kamra. no TT on train.. I am not recommended to anyone for this train.. no water at washroom form midnight. worst experience 😪

no water in the bathroom is highly ridiculous in the coach like first ac. TAKE IMMEDIATE CARE WITH AN ACTION AGAINST MECHANIC.WHO DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO RUN A PUMP WHEN WATER IS NOT AVAILABLE IN THE BATHROOM.
REST ALL ARE SO SO.

I was delayed by only 1 minute and requested the rpf to stop but the train was not stopped. this delayed happening for delaying of another train.

ticket examiner in S1coach was not good,he didnt cooperate when I asked him to manage me a lower berth for my 65year old mother in exchange to my middle berth,but he didn't showed any interest even he didnt checked tickets of the passengers,whole night he didnt came.

The train timing is 7pm.... But no food available at train.... So bad.... Maximum presengers are not carried your diner ..... Please rectify.... Thanks

DIRTY INSIDE THE COMPARTMENT. ATTENDANTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE. MOST OF THE TIME THEY WERE SLEEPING. BED SHEETS , PILLOWCOVER WERE EXTREMELY DIRTY.

Cleanliness was not upto mark.coach attended demanded tips which is totally unacceptable beside he took alcohol in the train.Train reached destination 3 hours after scheduled time.
