Train is not at all punctual and it is stopping at every stop just like any other passenger train.Why it is named as express??? And the door to AC coach is broken but no one is fixing it.

ट्रेन में पहले से मौजूद हालत में बहुत सुधार हुआ है पर यह रिजर्वेशन डिब्बे में कोई भी घुस जाता है यह खराब है इसमें इंडियन रेल्वे को सुधार करने की जरूरत है
और आपके irctc के वेंडर रेलनीर पानी का mrp 15 लिखाया है वह 20 रूपिए में बेच रहें है और भी बहुत कुछ नकली नकली समान महंगे महंगे रेट में बेच रहे है

pathetic train. I generally used to travel between raipur to jalandhar in this train but all time it's reached to destination minimum 5-6 hrs late. I think this train is in last priority for Railways.

I did not even take the train. It was too late like 4 hours.You guys need to work on your punctuality.As women it becomes difficult for us to travel this late at time.I mean the train was of 4.15pm but it came at 8.30.So yeah punctuality is the big issue here.I did not even get my money refund.

very wrost service by indian railway i have missed my train
samarsata delay more than 3 hours
railway ko haram ka paisa khane ko milta hai service bhi harami jaise hai sare log railway me haramkhor bhare pade hain. sabse third class service indian railway ki hai

I wish tatkal ticket booking should be made easy online and payment should deduct instantly from irctc wallet as to save time of typing all details during peak hours. So rush to railway station will become Zero/0

why selling tea for 10/- when its 7/- written on cups. the staff abused me for asking them about it. please look into the matter as the quality of tea is totally cheap. so cheap.

Cleanliness is the need of the hour. How horrible a have wash can be one should see it in this train. The staff in coach asks for top every now and then (hamari kuch sewa kardo sahib). Hand towel was not clean and smelled like rotten.

The worst and hateful journey I travelled till now. No cleanliness, stinking smell in the compartment, fans not working, full of mosquito family residing in the compartment. Though it is a sleeper class at least cleanliness could have maintained.
