Train didn't come at the location where I'm standing in Perambur railway station for long this app no informed and no mail please return the payment refund it please 🙏🏻 I went through bus ...... this is very very bad

Train was neat and clean. Toilets were well kept. Water in toilets was available throughout the journey. Lunch was served without chapati, instead they served double rice which needs to be as per customer choice. Halt at Simhachalam in Visakhapatnam is strongly recommended to cater to Visakhapatnam travellers.

I am writing to express my concern and disappointment regarding the condition of the 2nd AC coach in train number 18189 (Tata-Ernakulam). Despite paying high charges for Tatkal tickets, the coach we traveled in was in an unsatisfactory and dirty condition. The coach was an old model with worn-out interiors, and the cleanliness standards were below expectations for a premium class. Considering the significant fares we are charged, I would strongly suggest the introduction of newer, well-maintained coaches on this route to ensure passenger comfort and a better travel experience. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, and necessary action is initiated to improve the quality of 2nd AC coaches on this route. Thank you for your attention. From Christopher

worst train I have ever seen in any life, so unhygienic human excreta floating inside toilet, dirt bed sheets, rodents and cockroaches all around you, never ever travel in this train

It's a very bad experience to travel with this. there is lot of people who are not taken tickets and they occupied reserved seats for other. Even the TT was watched and no action taken on them and gone away.

मैं पेरीमियम तत्कल कर के आया और फिर भी इस तरह की दिक्कत का सामना करना पड़ रहा है 3 सीट में 5-6 लोग बैठ कर सफर तय करते हैं और जिसका टिकट बुक है उसे सबसे ज्यादा दिक्कत होती है। इसके लिए कौन जिम्मेदार है। रात बार सोने से लेकर बैठने तक का अच्छा से नसीब नहीं हुआ GEN वाले SL में बैठ कर सफर कर रहे थे ।

3A couch I traveled .. from tata to perambur .. toilet not clean .... looking awkward.. couch also not clean .. pantry food not worth to eat .. train punctuality towards south so came on time ..

the train halted for more than 2 hours at a station, and delayed by 3 and half hours finally when I have to get down at CHENNAI MGR rly station.Worst behaviour from the sellers in train. Saw two hair strands in the package of meals.I request to opt any other train than this.

didn't see anybody cleaning even once the sleeper coaches. Punctuality was good. However, food quality wasn't that good and pantry boy charged 90 rupees for a veg meal. not sure, what is the actual rate. Toilet conditions were very bad.

The A2 coach, in which I was traveling, was not maintained properly. Toilets were not clean. Reading light was missing on my berth. The train has many unnecessary stoppages and it is given low priority.

Unnecessarily late. Allowing other trains to go by stopping this train. Up to palghat it was ok. After that horrible late made by railway. Nobody is responding...I will never choose this train for my journey.
