Most of the passengers are travelling without ticket and the are occupying all the reservation seats. So passengers with reservation are compelled to face tremendous problem.

Coach number D2 was placed far far away from the screen displayed at platform number 2 at jasidih station. Stoppage was only 2 minutes, therefore, we have to get into a general coach. Horrible journey. Rail administration is totally failure.

Pantry not available. in reserved bogies even people come and sit without valid tickets. Indian railways not bothered.

Unnecessary a good running train was late, reaosn not described officially, dirty coaches, trouble for unreserved passengers , no protest from on duty tte, his duty was like a teacher who comes for roll call and gone out.
Though I know, these remarks have no value to rail.

horrible experience in reserved compartment. first had to fight with commuters to get our seat. then the train was way too overcrowded with sugar syrups and perspiration of other people falling on your. if not a matter of life or death will not be traveling in that train again

worst train by SER there is no arrangements for 2nd seating you have to seat on general coaches.
