no hygiene
its a very bad experience with this train, we booked economy class...
toilet is like sleeper class, no water facility, not cleaned properly, @indian railway should check this...
because we are paying for that only, little bit 🤏 facility also we can't expect this train.

waste timing.
6 hours delayed to reach Cuttack (CTC) stations on dated 19 Aug 2024, which started its journey from Secunderabad on 18 Aug 2024 at 08:45 am.
Also observed that, the sequence of berth changed which was announced by TTE, which made a big issue to identify the allotted coach with in shot period of time in huge rush.

what the hell is wrong with this train, I looks like a local train, literally I am feeling suffocated due to the crowd which is carrying a general ticket in sleeper... TT and inspection team are not doing anything not taking any action, they just ask people to move to general coach that's it, but people doesn't move.

Toilets are too worst and too bad.
Railway should enforce good hygiene conditions in toilets.
Toilets doors are not locking from inside.
Water leaking in toilets.
Staff are not cleaning toilets properly.

Though this train LHBfied, the quality of the train is very poor. Punctuality of the train is one more utter beauty of this train. Despite of having 31 hrs to cover 1580 Kms, it is quite normal to be late of an average of 2 hrs. Surprisingly no pantry car available in this daily run train even after upgraded to full LHB rakes.

and no one watching what happening in ac coach.passnager collect sleeper/general ticket from counter and they coming in Ac coach

Sleeper Class all coaches is just General Coaches. Ticket Checker Verifying and Penalty Putting But This is not solution for Sleeper Class Passengers. Simply Allowing those waiting with general class passengers. Fully Rushed and No Space For Toilet Going in Sleeper Class. Kindly Enhance The Service Quality of Sleeper Class Coaches.Otherwise take necessary action to avoid dissatisfaction of Sleeper Class Passengers.

this train is not good pantry car not available food & water bottle sold double rate by irctc staff and irctc staff miss behave with passenger TTE not responsible with passenger every coach is dirty

Train quality is not up to the mark. Punctuality is the worst question when travelling in railways. Food is not good and the quantity is not up to the mark. You are charging veg meals 120/- where you need to provide an adequate amount. Try to improve the service.

how can they issue hundreds of general tickets and all unreserved passengers are traveling in reserved compartments. They are paying fine amounts to tcs and squad and traveling in reserved coaches keeping luggage at passages and toilet entrance causing lot of inconvenience.

worest journey in my life today
late run by more then 2 hours
general ticket people are presnt at reserved coaches and fully crouded by non reserved people. TTE not asks them for reservation and tickets
