No water 2days in Toilet, Wash basin. Food quality very bad. AC was off from morning due to Someone's request. 12 pm feeling Hot. Turned on for 2 hr..again turned off. Public place is not for personal 1 request

overall the train and the staff were good, they maintained cleanliness, the only disappointment was the punctuality of the train, it left from the origin station by 1:09 hours delay. Otherwise the train was good.

now sleeper coach turns into general coach..passenger overload(that means 6 to 8 passenger for each seat without reservation ticket),,there are no response from TC & no patrolling of RPF...no water in bathroom... latrine chockup...
overall the worst train journey experience in my life & also suggest don't book sleeper coach ticket.

In ac 3 tier, there also crowd like general coach on washroom side. And also the passengers those doesn't having proper tickets, they are also traveling in this coach seat wise.....

there is no Difference Between Reservation Compartment and General Compartment Passengers are Coming to reservation compartment with general Ticket There is no TT I seen In Train, very Poor maintenance and Very Bad Experience i did faced ever.. worst 👎 journey in My Life

Worrest experience. there is no difference in sleeper class and general class.. even after our berth confirmation Also we don't have our seat & we are nor able to reach our seats due to heavy crowd.

very Bad condition due to they are no difference between ac and sleepr class . all passengers are not taking the tickets and standing at ac . the passengers not comfortable

As i reserved for AC 3tier. Unfortunately i got B1, which is next to sleeper class. So i really had bad experience caz... All other class passenger entering into B1 coach and disturbing alot

3rd AC: Train is comfortable for journey. Food quality is not good anymore; it was rotten. Punctuality was also not good i.e. 2hrs 30 min late in some case for Ex-Shalimar 06/04/2023. No unwanted passangers in AC coach, this is a good point of this train.

Most of the people crowded in many sleeper coaches were all people with general tickets and unhygienic. They made the coach dirty and no travelling manners, added theu were openly consuming guthkas and post Warangal they were also peddlers selling guthkas to this people. All the majority crowd was from Howrah with no reservations and after complaining to TC, he started coming and collected fines and also chased them out....It was a very horrible experience for families and kids as no supervision during day journey for these people travelling in sleeper with no reservations.

Good Train but very slow train...and everything else good except the windows...even we are travelling in 3A the windows are dirty literally nothing is visible what's going outside...

It is worrest experience and quality is too bad and punctuality is too worrest.One more thing we booked sleeper class but some people's are occupied it and main thing general people's get into the sleeper class not a 1 or 2 people's it's more than 60+.
