train arrival from VT to Thane was expected at 6.05am but the train came at 730 AM. on any of the train app no realtime tracking or delayed time info. also the train shud cover the delay by running faster but not followed.

The train was first bit a late at thane,but at Manmade it was halted more than half an hour and again two more times it was sided for more than 10 minutes.That was quite irritating.

train is just awful. Very old and bogus.no cleanliness. seats are just uncomfortable over-all journey experience is very bad. There is an opinion that the train should be changed.

CC coach chair need to be upgraded/repaired.
can any provision be made for switch off the lights in the compartment due day journey so that electricity is saved.

not good alot of theif in train and women and young womens are not safe and one more big problem is without ticket passengers are disturbed to booked tickets passengers for sitting in train in any coach

Train compartment very old and not maintained properly.
Seat not proper, adjustment levers damaged, window seat had no window space for outside viewing (Seat No 65)

no difference between reservation coach and general coach ,any Tom dick Harry can board on reservation coach,hopeless ticket checkers adjust these people's , horrible experience

worst service. poor customers cares ur having. time consuming. first time I used other than irctc web. troubled a lot.hence uninstalled ur app.will never refer to anyone confirmtkt.

same problem of toilets uncleaned n taps not working ... over crowded as the reservation coach's been used as general coach the pantry staff is too noisy to sell their things
