side berth size is too small, specially side upper berth. climbing on top is very trouble some. Air conditioning was very bad at first, after complaining it improved. bedsheets ok, pillow too small. blankets are not changed every time. Toilet condition is too bad. smells awful.

Toilets,Sinks,space below the seats were very dirty and were smelling very foul... Need to improve these..

how i experienced I was not traveling the train, Sunday 26/5/2024 i booked one ticket from TU to TPTY through one of irctc otharised app confirm ticket application, ticket fare was showing 180 , finally it was showing 220 , I was booked it was showing waiting list, after few minutes chart prepared but berth not confirmed. Yesterday 27/5/2024 ticket automatically cancelled and get 120/- refund my bank account.
Clarify some points
1: why are you send only 120/- , you are collected 220 /- from me.
2: Ticket not booked then why are you not sending total amount, i was not journey in the train also.l
3: 100/- it is a big amount, if ticket was not confirmed whom gave you rights to cut the amount.

toilets and cleaning of coaches are not done at every junction and in ac coaches the seat size also fully congested how the baby infinity will sleep with his mother

very poor train. I left the train because my further journey was from Hubli at 2025. but this pathetic train was running 0130 hrs late. zero in punctuality.

It's total Useless , I have booked tickets on 27.09.23 In SL class but tickets not confirmed, 1 month before, But In Tatkal booked on 27.10.23 tickets confirmed,
how is possible, Is it looting from Indian Railway,
shame on you ,
now we know that you people are looting the money from public, Where You have charged extra money in Tatkal option,
please don't cheat the public

Train maintanence was good , everything was good but i thought pacenger wasn't some more security bcz RPF was not there in train.

Toilets need to be maintained better.
There were cockroaches running around in the 3A compartment.
The train reached half hour late at Tirupati.
Absence of pantry services affects the ease of travel.
Railways need to take steps to ensure refreshments are provided without compromising on their quality.

We had a terrible experience with the co passengers who were drinking alcohol inside the train and making lot of noise. I tried to find the police to complain about this but I could not find them. It would be better if concerned person contact details/ availability are disclosed for passangers

When I booked on 08 Aug. Only very few seats were available and we got in two different compartments. But in the train the train was vacant by more than 25%

I have taken Id proof details along with me., but in tirupati station asking original Id cards., I have aadhar card copy and also driving licence Xerox and also scanned pdf copy in my mobile. But they not able to accept these documents.
