I was at the train station & the correct platform, a train with the same number and name comes, I board that, goes 1 station front, comes back and stops at my boarding station, and I ended up losing the actual train

there was no water in the bathrooms & side pantry & other food supply was waste we paid 60 rps for egg biryani no raita or dall with it... honorable food... need to improve a lote on food sector....

Sleeper coaches doesn't feel like reserved coaches. There are so many travellers with an unreserved tickets sleeping on the corridors and even at the washroom areas. It's so difficult for the travellers to move around and use washrooms. Something needs to be done regarding this
