worst worst and worst chat preparation by the department of railway... a single booking ticket booked before the journey and it's given as RAC ..such a shake of Indian railway management...... I'll never ever recommend this app

Again senior citizens are allotted with upper berths though we have lower berths available when checked in online charts. Never rely on confrmtkt booking.

Not provide additional extra sleepers in peak time , that day provided extra sleepers only 3 compartments but passenger s are had required up to 6 compartment s.

In Confirmtket it shows Train is available for Tirupati that's why i booked ticket. Again once we reached station they said 2:30 train was not there and they still don't have update. that's why we temporarily paid and amount and went to tirupati via other train. i lost 500 rs with these booking.. i am not at all happy
