the maintenance is not up to the standards. Noted cockroaches inside the compartment and rats were noted . I will travel in this train next time as there is no value for money.

Boogie is not properly cleaned. Cockroaches are there in boogey. uncomfortable journey . very Bad experience. cockroaches went inside ear and nose. Discomfort while eating dinner and snacks due to cockroaches. cockroaches coming in bathroom. no action taken by staff even after complaining regarding cockroaches. TC told to get out of the train. indecent behaviour of the staff. Cockroaches smell everywhere. worst journey. Thank you South Central Railways for taking good care of passengers even we pay ticket price.

S4 55,56 windows not working for closing. Coach two side toilets properly not cleaning. change of timings to & pro for long time journey. Boaring journey for approximate 17 to 18 hours. please change the shortage timings.

washroom hygiene and sanitation needs to improve a lot. bed sheets are not good , smelly and a lot of marks on bed sheets. not washing properly. bugs are there.

Firstly I don't take food in trains. secondly ask for experience at starting rly stations for cleanliness in restroom setc in waiting rooms etc..

never order the food from the guy who comes asking for orders. Worst food and over priced. No one to complain about that because he is not from IRCTC.Since there is no pantry car best to do is to buy food at DHARMAVARAM JUNCTION.
