train was kept in 5th platform against PF1. Journey delayed by 30min. seats were allotted in different places.

No water in B 1 coach , Train delayed by 45 minutes. Toilets are not cleaned. very very bad maintenance 😕😕

This train is very clean and punctual.. Lot of crossings make some delay.. Food is also ok..

Sorry to say we had booked the seats from Thirupadripulyur to Dindigul. The seats were under waiting list. We thought it will get confirmed but at the last moment we called customer care & he informed us about automatic cancelation & we didn't get proper information about the amount refund. And also We didn't get any message about cancelation so we request u to provide us proper information through message. Stars were compulsorily asked after submit so had to give 1 for each. Really not satisfied with the your work.

due work in progress on track train terminated at Madurai. it's good arrangements from railway to the Rameshwaram by bus.. well done..
