haven't bought food. I booked my ticket in tatkal. it was indicated that I was alloted LB 48 in S2 compartment . However it turned out that it was side upper berth.... the compartment was dusty and stinking of toilet shit through out......

Indian railway is cheater. Kengeri to Hospet my ticket rac 6 Booking status and after confirm S9 19 my ticket not carry hard copy. ticket fare 250/- tt collect again 250/- fine I request to tt but tt is not coperate I pay total 500/- this not fare. this rule is not good for passanger. tt full attitude person.

I am travel to Bangalore to Koppal and ticket is confirmed for two different passanger but its feeling so embarassing and all the night journey me and other person sit on one seat there is no alternative give any one and there is no TTE also in the train and if any availability then only give the availability to book the train but it's very very uncomfortable @ the time of journey

speed maintaince was Good , Cleaning also good, When I Cross Doddabalapura, many of General Tickets coming going non stop now 12am now just Roming hear and thear, I am little scarying, they or passangers ,,....or?

When you take extra convience fee for booking. Atleast take care to keep all reserved seats in one coach. No difference between us and general passenger. The coach was heavily crowded

App don't showing currect platform... and also strain Running stutas Also not showing accurate please improve allotted platform currectly in this information is most important to senior citizens and Ledies please update your app ... this is my suggestion ...??

There was no care for SE1 coach, no TT, No rpf, huge crowd like general boogie. Don't know after huge talented and qualified engineer also railway is unable plan boogie properly or talentedley...

apart from ONTIME ARRIVAL to Anantapur... the maintainence of the coaches were too bad...for shorter distance some how we can manage but if ur travel is more than 7+ hrs in this train better book 1AC or 2AC or 3AC Compartments.

For ladies compartment please add some more Boggies, it's difficult for lot of ladies to adjust in small area, this issue has come up many times I don't see any resolution at all. please understand and do the needful as soon as possible.

Attender service is very poor. Not very passenger helpful. Has to search for him and was not available in A-1 Coach for assistance. Needs his presence to passengers when in need at least up to 12 O Clock at night. Rating is poor.

Train got delayed at Guntakal station. It reached Hosapete 35minutes late. At KSR Bengaluru, train arrives mostly on p.f.8, but Confirm Ticket shows p.f.6. Please enquire into this and take corrective steps.
