The journey was generally good, but I noticed an issue with the middle seats. There was excessive heat in that section because the AC was not reaching properly, and the fan was not swinging as expected. This made the travel uncomfortable.
Please look into improving the ventilation and cooling system in a more systematic way to enhance passenger comfort.

cleanliness of washrooms must be improved.
apart from that with respect to security, birth were good.
only cleanliness was matter of concern..

I am unhappy with confirmation app as whenever I am travelling with my daughter, it's providing middle birth whereas I prefer lower birth but I observed even though the full bogie is empty we are not getting tickets of our choice. it's really disgusting after paying extra amount charged by this app.

Clean toilets clean coaches. can improve more. But our sheets were not washed. it was clean. but I felt it was not washed. just ironed and kept.

In rani chennamma dey took full amount and seat will not confirmed. In one seat we will slept 2 people how can sleep in one seat 2 people. It's long journey it's too much problem I face that. so please don't do this again.

The train is so clean and the temperature is also well maintained . but it is delayed by one and a half hours. It needs to be on time .

train was 1 hour late, no reason, no accountability. and in the app no proper timings as to when it will reach which station. highly inaccurate. it's almost like of no use at all. and a lot of cockroaches

Train will be unnecessarily delayed at Meeruj for almost 1.5hrs just to transfer engine from front to back. Number of stops may be further reduced as it takes 16hrs to reach kolhapur from Bangalore. It will be hell of a journey with so many stops and huge delays.....

TC quality must be improved... N my suggestion is that take training from airline & start implementing New ideas like small but expensive no worries but fulfilling commitments.. That's not meant Mono rail or metro rail plan above this..
