while booking ticket shows as ticket confirmed, but final msg from IRCTC says that, RAC. it's not fair for passengers. , making fool for passengers.

It was 1.5hr late and bad suspension even in 3rd AC compartment. Don't choose if you coming/going Kukki, which it will travel 75+ km round.

still notice the bedding is not well maintained, guests or co passengers should maintain harmony and discipline, ensuring they are not disturbing co passengers

I buy Veg rice bath - no Salt ,No spicy,no Gravy and No vegetables in this .
@Take care customer/ passenger/ consumer cost also very High rs :100/-

Not at all fit to board. Hygiene not maintained at all. Bedsheets seems to be not washed properly. Condition of toilets very poor. When Attendant was complained, he said that no sweeping staffs are available to attend. This was the Condition of AC 1st class coach.

Toilets stinking, no facility to hang bags/keep bottles. windows not maintained. No stand facility to hv dinner.

there are cockroaches in 1st AC what more to say. cabin's door doesn't shut properly either. AC was not working properly..A very bad experience.

very careless in timing it was 55min late how worst and frustrating it was, pls do understand the people reasons and work/emergency of passengers.

it was old train nor clean no tt has come. till Bangalore not checking non reservation people entered in reservation coach please improve

our next seat TC gave seats to other party who not took tickets. After coming the real ticket holder doing arguement with the seat captured person
