most horrible journey .1st class is like 3rd class .sooo much of wheel and brake sounds that it looks like and hear like thunder bolts with jerks .Very poor standard of indian railways 1st class .inside the compartment it seems like 4th class .no maintenance.Shame on railways.just taking money .very very bad

only one problem. My mother is a senior citizen, she was allotted a middle seat which was not acceptable when there are seats allotted to young chaps.There were more elders facing the same issue. I honestly don't think somebody is gonna read this. If someone does I hope someday it will get corrected.

the taps went dry. bath area was stinking a bit.
no provision for extension of destination from palaghat to thrissur. one has to wait for tte at coimbatore to do it. tte rare commodities

the train was extremely our in journey with more than 40 jerks throughout with few causing disturbance. to add to our bad experience In 2 A , we're noise of kids that didn't allow us to sleep

electric, plumbing, cleaning and coach need to be updated and improving that time comes now. please do something for this train it's too old and without an upgrade.

I travelled by Sabari express on Sunday from Ernakulam to Trivandrum. I had booked tatkal tickets online and it was 1050 for two tickets. My seat numbers were 49 and 52 in S2. When I alighted the train, I was surprised to see the seats were fully packed. I was squeezed to one side. On enquiry I understood five of them were unreserved passengers whereas I paid double the charge. It was really inconvenience caused.

Unfortunately due to unavailability of 3 tier AC ticket had to travel by Second Class and as expected there was no water in the toilets and besin. So it was bit difficult to travel. It's not good and hygienic too. Authority should always take good care of all classes. Especially post pandemic situation. Thanks.

I could nt got my train, as we went for some hospital purposes. Any how its timing was perfect.we arrived 5 mins after train starts. Is tgere any possibility for refund

I had a horrible experience Two men who were drunk got on to the train from kollam(I am sure they had no tickets)and started abusing each other using such disgusting words.We had no choice but to get off from the train and take a bus to reach our destination.

The train was very slow, it was moving less and stopping more. It took three and half hours for a journey of 90km. The coach was very far from the center and we had to run for half km to board the coach. We had nearly missed the train had the RPF person not help us. Same was the situation at KANYAKUMARI where the train deboarded us was one km far from exit of the station. With luggage and children it is very difficult for someone to travel in such a bad trains
