Train is not on time too late, and so many outer, in mangalore they stopped 1 hour, and reching time time is its too late, toilets not cleaning,
one more thing pancha ganaga express y only one train in night time I tried to get but didn't get tarin ticket so it's vert bed everyday waiting waiting really I'm fedoff.
so pls increase one more train for night time like panchaganga.

we really disappointed from railway service, after booking the ticket also, general passengers are enrerd in reserved compartments and disturbed lot, then what is the use of booking tickets in advance?

Train delayed by 45 minutes to boarding point, AC was not working in C1, even though complained many times with TT nothing worked out. Waste of money by travelling in AC, almost got cooked with heat and no air circulation.

wash basin was overflowing, Toilet was dirtiest. Flash in toilet not working. No ticket checking, Unreserved passanger flooded in the coach, Train reached to destination half an hour late although started right time.

Wonderful train journey. The view on the Vistadome was super. The viewing place was a nice touch. Train was almost 40min late which was a drawback. Overall good job IRCTC

Journey was fine actually.. But the water bottles inside the train was sold for Rs. 20/bottle,instead of Rs. 15/-. When asked, the sell told that his boss told him to do so (another seller near to him told that the boss's name is one Desai. Intimated the issues to the TTE and sent message to the Railway Complaint Cell. Don't know what action they have taken. While coming back in Kannur express from Bangalore, the same experience..

Because our people do not deserve to get new trains with high facility. after looking in to the train compartment was disappointed the way our people take care of seats, hand rest , foot rest etc. all have been in the broken condition felt bad. next time will definitely upload with photo.

train is good ,clean ,but seating is too conjusted,not able to sit freely ,rather than this train is nice ,happy with my travel,thank you

Looks like the train was not cleant for ages. Train departed on time, but the arrival in Bangalore was rather late.
