it's not can sbc express.. it's cockroach express ... in A1 coach no place to sit forget about sleeping full of cockroach s .. horrible experience.no network,no food,no water to drink.. railway charges exactly for tickets but no water to drink,if want to order to food on track no service available,it's available at manglore then directly at last station in between people should die without drinking water.

horrible Food at Mangalore IRCTC canteen. Veg Biryani sold at Road side vendors are Better and Tastier. Did not even bother to PUT spoon for rice pocket. NO vegetables at all in Biryani. Plain rice with colour.

at Yeswanthpur junction, we were unable to find electric car to reach main entrance from platform, since myself and my wife are senior citizen we faced much difficult to reach taxi stand, is this my complaint will be considered or it will go to dustbin...

please look after the legth of the sleeper birth, which is insufficient for the taller passengers. Those who are tall like me facing lot of inconvenience in the night. Again cleaness of the toilet is matter of concern. Arrange charger points for all births.

As it is sleeper coach there should not be more than one person in same seat and that too also during this situation if it is same family member ok but not others ... because people will not be comfortable ..not all will be clean tidy .. overall other facilities were good

We travelled with 6 family members. Each onewere given different seats separate compartments. Third class reservation system by this app. Shame on you.

Train punctuality needs to be maintained. The train journey duration is less than 12 hrs and yet appears to hv difficulty in reaching on time on most instances.

Whn enquired, I got the information as Tkt Confirmed. But when I entered the station, surprised to find out that ticket was still in RAC. Travelled as RAC finally. Very bad.

customer care call number is not working. no update on my PNR. l lost my money and planned journey. Never suggest this App to anyone in future.

Unauthorised persons are travelling the reserved compartment, which puts the reserved passengers to hardships. The TTEs are turning a blind eye on the issue, even after reporting. Cigarette is another antisense, the coach which I was traveled no exception. on the above counts, I rate that travel below average.

Please make awareness among people by making strict laws inside the train and display importance of cleanliness ; to stop through garbage and plastics around train track.... It could cause environment pollution. And please keep dust bin at every coach and display their names in big and regional letters. Thank you.
