Dear Railway Department,
Ministry of Railways
My humble request is that the person traveling should check the ticket first. I have confirmed 3A seat but many people are coming without ticket in the compartment and they are arguing with the ticket person.. no action is taken in the train.
I had AC compartment ticket booked but didn't think anything of it. Please take action as soon as possible and TC was not talking to any age.. Please look into the matter.

I am not satisfied our ticket confirmation route so very deficult system so palse any other services is very poor

Why we are booking tickets early. We are looking for a safe and comfartable journey. Thats the reward we wanted when we book tickets beforehand with our money. I know this feedback will go unnoticed and there is nothing gonna change with this. But I have to say this, people are entering in the coach without reservation tickets. A reserved coach should only conatin a certain amount of people. If it exceeds, people who spent their money to book tickets, cannot move from their seat and even they cannot sit in their seats properly. Today I cant find any space to put my luggage and I cant move to washroom because of the rush all the way in the walk way. A terrible expieirence and a repetition of the typical concept of Indian Railway. One star rating is not deserving.

Need to clean the seats as soon as the passenger left the seat.Also need to take care of the new passenger as sson as he accupy his seat.

worst train ever no point in taking reservation tickets people with general ticket can travel in reservation coach. worst seats people with general local ticket travel in reservation seats and no tc or police helps you if you have problem with your reservation seat cause there are no police to help you in train.

train quality such as washroom & coach are very much dirty and not usable sleeper coach are as general class & time is also delayed.

train is good in time मूवमेंट is good but कोच is of third grade windows are sticked not washrooms rr with ware and tear these coaches shouldn't be alloted to reservationholder when we expect long journey safe and service ओरिएंटेड properly to a passanger can check the photos

I booked Ac2 ticket but here journal and Ac2 coach are connected and journal passengers are easily entering in AC2 coach and using toilets, due to that there is no hygiene in toilet. after making multiple complaints from customers there us no one to listen.

Worst train overcrowded. Unreserved ticket passengers are allowed inside the sleeper coach. They are sleeping near the seats and passages which makes other passengers difficult to walk.

Train was running slow or late moat of the time when it covered and reached tum kuru early so ati they delayed the train what's use of it?.. aso most of the food seers from the pantry hardy comes to 2 tier ac cabins
