cleanliness is pathetic... Cleaning staffs were throwing the waste cover outside of train after departure from station. Toilet was dirty. I travelled in 3AC. If this is the situation in 3AC, then we can imagine the condition of other classes... Crews are not not maintaining personal hygiene as well..

compared to earlier Jayenti janata this renamed version is perfect ..breaks the stereotype that it will.be late always..train was perfect .If they could fix the bustbin because bustling in each train has a big issue .possibly the handling needs some change .The blankets are washed just once a month ..if that can be replaced because we don't know what kind of people are using it we may just give possibility to spread of some disease .We were travelling in Jan 2025 and the blankets were washed only on Dec 2024.Apart from that everything was OK.Chai could have a standard price .It ranges from 10rs to 20 rs .quantity given is same around 150 ml .

Some Important points To Be Dealt With By Indian Railways as follows:-
1. Cleanliness All over & Wash Rooms were VERY Dirty, Smelly & Should be Clean.
2. No Soap Dispenser Working.
3. No Trash Bags for Garbage.
4. Speeds of the Train Could be Increased as well.
5. Temperature Cooling can be reduced during Winter as well.
6. CocKroaches seen in AC Compartments - Proper Pest Control to be done.
7. Some Mobile Charging Points Not Working as well.

AC panel sides seats having sharp edges, which leads to injury*( my knee injured). Remove sharp edges and minimise injuries. Housekeeping team was throwing the paper and wastes outside to railway track. This practise should stop and collect the wastes and garbages station wise for safe disposal. AC cooling was very high in night time, the entire passenger suffered a lot. Kindly maintain it 24 degree celcius in night.

I would like to inform you Please allow some passangers who all are ready to pay for sleeper or ac coaches for the comfortable to reach the destination.I hope you will inform to all TCs to support like that passangers.

Needs lots of improvement.Cleaning is totally zero.No House keeping guy was there in train.Lots of trash and dirty left over food was lying on floor.No one is bother to listen the passenger.What is the reason to book tickets in AC.
IRCTC need to look into this matter.Take it seriously regarding cleanliness.

The train was 45 minutes late when it reached Trivandrum station. Also the platform was not fixed. The passengers had to wait for announcement till 10.30 to understand which platform to go. First it was announced platform 3 but after ten minutes it was announced platform 2. In the app it was shown platform 4.

Train late by 3hrs. Southern railway should consider attaching more AC coaches for this. Food quality was Avg and IRCTC pantry car vendors are trying to cheat passengers by asking extra charge. And worst thing is from Kanyakumari to Tirupathi all sleeper compartments are filled with general passengers and TTE was worst of this train who doesn't even care for passengers. Railway help line 139 of no use when needed. Worst railways of south india are Southern Railways.

i am very much know about this train bacause I am studying place in between the place this train runs and we don't have any other train to travel there that yyy in an year I will travel four 6 to 9 times in this train but train will maintain very speed and be in time this is the very big plus of this train and maintenance of this train was not That great it's okkk and food was also not that good it's average and this about my jayanthi janatha Express experience of my side
