my boggie A1 has a serious problem. it's door has not been locked.so the travellers from the other bogies enter and make disturbances to A1 travellers. the bathrooms always become very ugly.Moreover I haven't allowed lower births whenever I book tickets. please see that I am 77, diabetic and very difficult to travel though spending high amounts.anywayy travel today is pathetic. I hope the next journey will be better.

The worst experience in my life. we got the seat at 77,78,80. there is no separation towards general and sleeper.we book the tickets from thirupathy to ernakulam.and when we entered this compartment is full like general. and we have an argument with other people they are sitting our seat. when checker comes he just check the ticket and leave. and the compartment full of cockroaches. and no cleaning. the worst experience.

no cleaning done from katpadi to mavelikarai. no attenders came . no one issue the pillows and bedsheets for both we are boarded at katpadi jn. coffee and tea very bad. chicken biryani worst in taste.only 10 gm chicken was found in that packet

we travel 1100 km
solapur to coimbatore....
no one cleared the bathroom.....
that the worst ever happened in my journey.....
my family or more people cannot go to the bathroom the whole day ......
and food we did not order..
that's why no rating ....

till now train is not started, because train have No engine. if any one have an engine please arrange it for rent...

The train was dirty and smelly the toilets were full of human waste and the sink was covered in vomits. the coach was overall unhygienic. we requested cleaning arrangement via cleanmycoach but no actions were taken. very bad

Needs a lot of improvements:
1. A lot of cockroaches in the train, all around seats, in the toilets, etc.
2. Liquid soap bottles are not filled up at all even after requesting (through out the journey it was empty).
3. AC was too cool resulting in discomfort

it would be better if the train had a housekeeper kind of person to maintain the hygiene inside the compartment and to keep the restrooms clean as this is a long way travelling train it would be a better experience

i never saw a TT to check tickets of my compartment from katpadi till Aluva.. because of that some people with general ticket travelled in our compartment. please make sure these things will not happen m because it will decrease the quality of Indian railways

train is good. but unreserved passengers occupied 6 bays of our compartment. they slept side of our seats, sat on our seats itself. not allowing us to travel safely and peacefully. sleeper coach literally looked like unreserved coach😭

IRCTC staff selling Food at very high price
I asked him to show the IRCTC rate card
He Denied..
food Quality was also low
I didn't Baught the Food. but one of My Co Passenger baught and Thrown the Half of the Lunch, Saying that the Rice is Stale...

Due to natural reason the delay occurred is accepted.After indefinite waiting for almost 24 hours even after the train was positioned on the platform and I have boarded the train,i was to sit in the AC coach without AC is very pathetic,it shows the ridiculous approach if the railway to the passenger.The railway staff behavior is very bad.I know writing a comment will not have any effect because the entire chain is corrupted and totally in efficient.Need to improve the system in handling such crisis.
