a worst experience tbh..the tc says that an online ticket with a waiting list can't be accepted as a ticket as many are struggling in sleeper coaches but they are mainly focusing on giving penalty

worst by cleanliness.
water spilt all over wash basins.
during rain 🌧️ water was all over the floor.
we had to keep our bags on seat to prevent from wetting.

train is like unreserved COACH fully packed by waiting list passengers, so not able to go to washroom also. washroom is stinking from the beginning

INDIAN RAILWAY HAS INTRODUCED LHB COACHES VERY GOOD AND DECENT IN LOOKS. BUT WORST THING ABOUT MAINTAINANCE. TRAIN IN WASHROOM COMMOT WAS CHOCK UP AND THAT WATER WAS WASHROOM FULL WITH THAY DIRTY WATER AND SMELL.

There were pest roaming in whole compartment and seats were not cleaned properly. We could see wrappers were lying on floor or they were stacked in seats by previous travelers. Also, the train departed very late and there were prior intimation was shared with us via msg or email.

seats are not good and clean, coach hygeine also average, toilets are utterly maintained, not at all hygeinic, no hand wash at all

need to do train cleaning properly as the train was very unhygenic. Stop over booking of train tickets as it is very difficult for waiting list passenger to manage in the train.

Bogie conditionis worst than Local Trains. Train was delayed by 1 hr. till Lonavala. We missed 2.55 p.m. Local fromLonavala. Need to improve a lot. Thanks. STAFF IS OK.

toilet was very clean . dustbean door locking is very perfect. train colour was good. train was fast but frequently takes signal/breaks so it was late by 1.30hr. electrical fan switches are well working.
just only think bad about journey is, people traveling without reservation disturbing more.

Should maintain time at al station, no variety in foods available in train. Neatness was good, no discomforts even when our bay was next to toilets it didn't stink.
