many of unreserved passengers entering in to sleeper class. i been complaint about this two times to TTR. but no use. repeatedly this happened from every stations. why we book the sleeper class the reason is comfortable for travel and safety. general passengers also entering in to sleeper which mean what kind of safety we have in train. also they are covering reserved seats and making arguments. this kind of issues need to addressed immediately

no panctuality,during night time passengers use mobile phone without speaker,lights did not put off during night,very poor experience

Passenger service is not good. I got upper berth for traveling. My leg got fractured and I am not able to climp up. But still the TTR is not giving a lower berth for me. I feel so discomfort because of this.

the train was completely wet as it was heavy rain ...the water was completely coming inside the compartment and the corridor area was slippery due to water seepage. Paying the highest fare in 2A compartment and traveling was the most discomfort . The air was not conditioned properly and no AC staff was available till ernakulam after calicut station...not even 1 staff was available in my 5 hours journey.

We had to fight for our own reservation seat with the local ticket people. This was ridiculous as we paid more for our reservation and there was also no TT to be seen everywhere.

bins for disposing waste have to be kept and the cleaned waste shd not be thrown outside the train openly by the cleaning staff
