it's not ac coach..... it's a small cockroach coach.... night of cockroach.... while switch of the lights.... no proper ac cooling. while sleeping the cleaning boys asking cleaning reviews in written. no basic things water bottles not brings.... but food items vada and night food taking... but water bottles not bringing....

Good but always running this train and reaching the destination late. I traveled this train five times. four times running by late only.

I have asked for 3 lower births for 3 senior citizens but when I booked I got 3 Upper births. Ihad to cancell the ticket & rebooked the same by Tatkal Very bad experiance.

Food is good and served with hot and delicious by Erode cafe at Palakkad.... First time we have tasted good tasty food from railway catering.

Jammed windows. Seems needed repairs years ago. Remains unrepaired. No protection even from light showers. Spoils traveler moods totally.

We traveled from Madurai to Ernakulam. The train and wash rooms were neat and tidy. Very good experience. Time perfect. No pantry

toilet is unhygienic. so many cancer patients are travelled in Amrita express, and they get infected easily because of this. so please keep clean the toilet and near by areas. And another important thing is, the peoples who are smoking inside the train, that also irritating factor.. They cannot consider the patients and old age peoples and childrens.. please please take action against this.. its a big request. Thank you
