train quality should be improved. had a worst washroom experience. it was not clean. the AC experience was also not good. there AC wasn't working. it was like travelling in sleeper

toilet some pipe had breakdown, full water flooded in toilet, no action to clean the compartment or rectify, very sad to see still toilet conditions are bad, after paying premium fare etc

Toilets are totally abused not cleaned and not used any type of cleaning items. cocoroaches are in the seats/ berths alaround in 3rd AC Much care to be taken for the so called premium trains. Humsafar. Hope for the best quality maintanence.

Bad smell does not for one day.
There is only 2 SL coaches and balance all AC Coaches.
Confused about coach positions.

punctuality very very waste..3.30 delayed to reach my destination.. given time is 6.18@ chengannur, but shown to reach there@9.38..might be delay with increase.
