165 mins delay and bad smell in sleeper coach. non-booking passengers also traveling and sitting on reserved berths.
look into this and take necessary action.

The train has arrived with a 45 minute delay and has been running late. all toilets are dirty and it seems like nobody has cleaned it for a decade. Food quality is pathetic. this is the biggest example of nasty service. All of us know this review is not going to improve the quality of the service. i am writing for the sake of common man.

सबसे बेकार अनुभव । गंदे वाशरूम। डिब्बों में गंदगी कोई साफ करने वाला नही । टिकट्स कन्फर्मेशन लेट। स्लीपर में 1 सीट पर 2ए2।। सबसे बेकार

Train LBH Coaches is OK fine but inside maintenance is very poor. specially bathrooms. in B4 3Tier AC coach bathroom doesn't have flush it's damaged. cleaning is must also house keeping is must

They sell food at high fare.
Better get down on bigger junction and get Food from station.
And in many coaches Mobile Charging Socket won't work.
Most of the time it depart delayed from Source station.
