Train coach quality is very poor. window shutters are not closing properly and all shutters are broken, please improve the quality of coaches which running in Kerala state.

It is still a shame that our trains are still running late. The concerned dept. should at least start thinking of doing something about this. Eventhough it is better than before the train quality has to improve a lot. It is much appreciated that the railway has employed cleaners to clean the compartments. Good job.
